Focus on Technique and hip drive

     2. Jerk 15EMOM (x2 reps) @80% (185# myself)

METCON: 10, 9, 8…1 (10:41) -> Add Training Mask for added Aerobic Resistance

  • Deadlifts @50% (225#)
  • Barbell Burpees

Skill Work

  • Double Under Practice: x15 minutes
    • went from max 3 to max 9 in a row
